Now a day’s ‘Make in India’ concept is hot topics in every TV, newspaper, radio and social sites. Our Government has not eager to implement this concept as much as of announcements. Media also not arrange public debates to discuss possibilities and difficulties of to implement ‘Make in India’.
We are all heartily welcoming Modi’s foreseeing project of Make in India. Through this project India will become a Manufacturing Country. It is necessity for the Indian economy will achieve in global economy. To implement of this concept in India is a very tough task. To be successful in this regard, the Government of India should face some difficult challenges.
1. Capital
Without capital it is impossible to imagine the concept of ‘Make in India’. To become India as a manufacturing country, it needs huge amount of investment in Industrial sector.
First of all Government to take action about to convert peoples view of investment criteria like gold, diamonds and other inactive investment to active investment. To avoid Black money Government Should amendment his taxation rules.
On the other hand Government will focus to attract foreign capital. Hence its need to give tax rebates to Non-resident Indians who have interest invests in India. Government also to increase direct foreign investment ratios. In addition, it is necessary to make efforts of bringing back block money already in abroad as soon as possible.
2. Infrastructure
To make successful ‘Make in India’, infrastructure plays a key role in India. The main problem encountered with India is lack of infrastructure. A person ready to start an industry he must need land, electricity, roads, water etc. So Government should provide better these infrastructures. Then more both Indian and foreign entrepreneurs come forward to investing in manufacturing sector.
3. Human Resource
In India there is no problem of Human Resource. But we face lack of skilled employees. Most of all people not have proper skill in work Industrial area, due to lack of education. There is 20 % of Agriculture sector people moved to industrial sectors from these last decades. These people are uneducated or less educated and they don’t have any skill in work industrial sectors. So it is necessary to train these People. Government should change present education systems to professional education systems. Teachers also will try to change students employee mind sets to entrepreneurship.
The Role of the Public
As much as Government play their role to make success in ‘Make in India’, Public also play dominant role. People to improve their entrepreneurship mind set and unskilled employee must take education to improve their skill. Especially women should motivate her husband, children’s and her family members to improve their skill in their working sector.
Finally, Government has to be geared to face these challenges to make success of Make in India. All respectable citizens of India should cooperate. Then only Modi’s’ Make in India ‘ Roar in this Country otherwise it will remain in “Mike” only.
